Ramayya Shetty served as Municipal Vice Chairman and founded institutions that still serve Anantapur today. His son, G. Mallikarjuna, a four-time Municipal Corporator, brought that spirit of service into 25+ years of construction work. The YUTHA name is not a brand we invented — it is one we earned.

Today, the third generation leads the design vision. G. Nikhil, an architect trained at BMS College of Architecture in Bangalore and at FIDI in Florence, Italy, ensures every YUTHA project meets international standards of design — while staying deeply rooted in what Anantapur families actually need.
